It felt like a home away from home. The staff went above and beyond to provide genuine and exceptional customer service, making me feel like royalty. The breakfast was scrumptious and the attentive staff made sure I had everything I needed. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the daily pool games were a blast. The rooftop bar offered breathtaking views, although the furniture could use a little updating. I must give a special shoutout to the concierge, Gede Widhi, who expertly arranged our daily itineraries, and Indiri, the friendly breakfast attendant. The hotel even surprised us with a cute anniversary cake. I can't thank the staff enough for making this stay truly memorable. I will definitely be back when I visit Bali again. The experience at this hotel was 10/10 and well worth the price.

The location is excellent, right next to the main "eat street" in Seminyak, making it convenient for great eating and shopping.

The hotel is conveniently located just around the corner from Mamasan, a great Asian restaurant, making it perfect for dining out. Additionally, it is very close to Eat street where there is a number of fantastic restaurants. The hotel is also next to a beach, providing easy access to the beautiful shores.

There could be more variety in the entertainment facilities.
